Hiring and training Guides is the most important pillar for delivering the educational level we promise. For a child to fully develop their potential and self-construct, they will require the intelligent assistance of the adult accompanying them in their process.
The primary function of a Guide is not to teach, but to direct the natural energies of children. The Guide must know how to observe and must always lead by example as a constant example of good manners. It is also vital for them to develop a relationship with the child based on love, care, and protection.
We place great emphasis on the ongoing training of Guides, as it is crucial that "the educator does not become an obstacle to the child's development," as Dr. Montessori mentions. To ensure this does not happen, the hiring and training program for Guides will always be carried out by Nia School, where practice will be rigorous, extensive, and supervised by experts in the field.

We do not all fit into the same mold. Each child is a world. And for this reason, we must respect the uniqueness of each child and maximize their potential and creativity.
We must see each child for who they are, not for who we hope they will be.
Although the work within a Montessori setting already offers personalized learning by allowing each child to work with the material they choose and at their own pace, we are encouraging children to become self-taught through complete mastery and practical application. However, to achieve self-learning in children, it is necessary that initially there are enough Guides in the classroom to provide each child with the personalized attention they need in their early years.

The integral development of a child is imperative for them to become a responsible adult, competent, capable of acting in any sphere of life, and able to skillfully solve the challenges presented.

We strive to foster a close relationship between parents, Guides, and the Director. It is important to create this bond because no one knows your children better than you do, and by allowing open and personal communication about any topic concerning your child, we can better guide them on their educational path.
We seek to involve parents in their children's educational journey because achieving the integral development of each child is important and requires consistency between handling situations at home and at school. This way, the child will have clear, congruent, concise, and easy-to-follow boundaries. As a result, the outcomes will be incredible, and the changes, astounding.
Similarly, we aim to make children active participants in creating their own educational path and environment by allowing them to participate and voice their opinions on matters that concern them.
We want it to be their school, their creation. At the end of the day, they are the ones who will spend a large part of their day there. We want them to enjoy it and like being there.
